Ignatieff's riding has been a source of PM
appointments - the local riding association
picked their own candidate
and in Chretien's day he appointed a black woman
there -- the Liberals have embedded in their
policy the quota of 5 MPs
which they can appoint against the wishes of the
local riding association. Chretien picked 5 in
Toronto alone.

16 - 31 edition. Certainly I was, when I purchased a copy
from a homeless
person hoping that my spare change was going to a good cause
and expecting
that the newspaper likely reflected some positive community
ideals. To my
complete surprise the content of the newspaper was filled
with anti-Israel
propaganda which was shockingly one sided containing anti-semitic
images
of Jews with hooked noses and dressed in Nazi concentration
camp clothes
holding signs proclaiming "Israeli assassins"
and other offensive
comments. I urge you to review the repugnant contents of
this paper and
should you agree that it is offensive, you may wish to cancel
your
advertising or otherwise let your views be known to the
publisher. Yours

Free Notarization for the Needy Mark Dahiya, M.A., LL.B. is a member of OntarioBar.
Needed are generous donors to help set-up
City Law Centre as a charity to render free legal help to
the destitute of Toronto. CLC intends to impart free legal
help to street people who are overlooked by the legal profession
as they cannot afford lawyers; legal-aid won’t help
them as they don’t have an address and bureaucratic
papers, etc. On occasion, they commit suicide in the street
as a relatively small problem may appear insurmountable to
them because of their poverty, health and lack of legal help.
CLC ventures to undertake this challenge only through public
donations and refuse to accept grants from any level of government
except office accommodations. CLC now accepts applications
from retired lawyers, professionals, support staff and others
ready to help those
in genuine need as free volunteers in a legal environment
without remuneration.
Mr. Gavin MacKenzie, Treasurer, Law Society of Upper Canada
has been kind enough to amend By-Laws for
Volunteer Lawyers to practice law without paying license fee
to help the needy in their community free at the request of
Toronto Street News writer and free lawyer Mark Dahiya. MacKenzie
has been replaced by a Mr. Miller.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

who are ill or unemployable for whatever reason. Federal grants
for writers are given to other papers at your taxpaying
expense. Harper blacklists us from all government advertising
for Canada Savings bonds, etc.
